Jonas's Days Off

Well, Jonas was working night shift this week, from 7:00pm to 7:00am. He had yesterday and today off. Yesterday we went and teased myself by looking at cars.


It's a 2007 Jeep Liberty with only about 20,000 miles on it. It's in great condition. Unfortunately, we need to be smart and save for Keegan's future instead of getting something that we don't necessarily need. But it's a beautiful car, in my eyes. Is it not?

After test driving it and keeping it overnight (devilish, isn't it?), we sadly returned it today, acting like they were asking too much for it (even though they totally weren't haha). We also started looking at new apartments today. We realized that we are paying way too much for ours. After meeting Kalie and David and seeing their apartment and finding out the cost of that, we are furious with ours. What a rip off!!


The worst part is that we signed a six month lease. We're so angry with what we're paying, we want to move out a-sap. Any suggestions???

We didn't end up going to the boardwalk yesterday, but Kalie, Avery, and David came over for dinner. I just discovered that Kalie has a blog - check it out! Even though just the other day she and I were talking about how dumb we think it is to dress your children in matching outfits, we dressed Keegan and Avery in camo outfits and took some pictures. I'll post them as soon as Kalie does - my camera was dead.

Jonas has to go back to work tomorrow morning. Working on a Sunday. Hmph. I'm going to use tomorrow as a day to catch up on my duties. It's way overdue.
