Private Blog

After recent events in my life, I have decided to make the blog private! Means only a select few will be able to read. Please send me your e-mail address if you would like to be able to view my blog! The only thing that would change is that you'd have to be logged into your e-mail in order to view the blog. Thanks!

My e-mail is samantha.schuster829@gmail.com. I'll leave it public for a week before changing it.

Scaring Cars Video

New video!

Enjoy :)

Lila's First Teeth!

Lila got her first tooth on Thursday, February 17, and she got her second tooth this morning! Two bottom front teeth :) She's getting so big! I haven't got a picture of her teeth yet as they're barely poking out, but I'll keep trying!

Whitewater Chopped Sticks

Here is a new video of me playing the piano. It is by no means perfect, or even good for that matter. Just thought I'd share my progress! Also, I have my first client coming on Thursday. Wish me luck!

Video for Moma

I finally got around to editing and uploading a new video to YouTube. It is dedicated to Moma, and it's my first time editing a video so I know it's a little rough but, here goes!

Pictures!

No, I haven't found my charger, but I do have another camera, so here are some pictures from that one! Just from this week. Enjoy! :)

KP
I have no clue where my kids get their eye color from.. I thought brown was supposed to be dominant? And I certainly don't have blue eyes. It's a mystery, but I love it! :)

She's a Daddy's Girl already :)

She's definitely teething (as you can see from the drool on her chin, haha) but still no teeth! Doesn't look close, either, poor baby :/

These were taken this morning, we got some snow overnight and Keegan wanted to play in it. With the sleet coming down and the fact that the "snow" was really ice, he soon realized he's much rather be inside haha.

My boys

I'll try to take more pictures more often!

Scootin' Baby

Lila is crawling backwards, as of last Friday! Jonas has been off since then, so I'm just getting around to posting about it. She'll be bookin' it pretty quick, if I remember correctly Keegan wasn't crawling backwards for too long before he started crawling regularly. Picture taken just now just for the blog! :)
She had her six month check up and shots on Monday. She's 27 inches (68-69 cm) and 18 lbs 5 oz (3765 g), almost 10 lbs more than her birthweight now!! Doctor says she's perfect developmentally, and she is in the 90th percentile for both her weight and height, which is proportionate and exactly what the doctors like to see.

Keegan (who is still sleeping at the moment) has an infection on his finger. It's very tough because we know WHY he has the infection and WHAT is causing the infection. What we can't figure out is HOW to make Keegan stop doing what he does that is keeping his finger infected. We got a prescription antibiotic ointment to use, hopefully that'll solve the month-long problem we've had now. It has caused many tears and we are so ready for it to be over!

Jonas is doing well in his new position at work, and started in a couple weeks will be on days only, which is bittersweet. It means that he will have less days off during the regular work week, but he will not have to work overnight anymore! I'll take what I can get :)

Hopefully I'll have time to take some pictures and post them tonight. I also have a few videos of Keegan, we've figured out how to use the webcam on the laptop and I figured out how to edit videos, so I just have to go through and edit them then they'll be on YouTube! No promises on how long that will take, there are about 50 minutes worth of videos from the last week (which is why I have to edit them... it's a lot of dead space).

World's End?

I have never been a believer of the predictions that the world will end in less than two years, on December 21, 2012, but the way that the weather has been lately scares me just a bit. In the last ten years, we've seen the worst of the worst storms, from tsunamis to hurricanes to floods. Local news for Shreveport weather: this morning it was 61° F (16° C) and now (5:30 - the sun is still somewhere in the sky, although you can't see it on this overcast day) it is 24° F (-4° C), and with the wind, it feels like it is 10° F (-12° C). It is snowing around here, although not quite here yet, although they are predicting snow for tomorrow and through the weekend, possibly. This is so bizarre to me, that it can change like that in a matter of only hours. And with the snow in Atlanta last month and Christmas week, that never happens. Oklahoma is in a state of emergency right now and yadda-yadda-yadda. Crazy stuff!
On another note, my charger is MIA. I am still looking for it and hope to find it soon so I can take and share more pictures of the kids!
