Native American Day

(title per Jonas' request) After pizza yesterday, Keegan took a bath and we used the colored soap that his Oma got for him! So we had a red/pink son for a good 10 minutes yesterday, haha!

Rule #254. Keep it simple.

Homemade Pizza :)

Last night we decided to make our own pizza! We thought it would be a fun activity for Keegan... Believe it or not, it seems as if Keegan didn't want to get dirty! It was still fun for Jonas, and delicious, might I add :)

Rule #253. Be modest. A lot was accomplished before you were born.

New Videos!

Keegan was super hyper tonight, here is a video I took of him, probably around 9 or 10! There is another video coming, taking forever to download and I am going to sleep. Goofball Going Crazy [[1]] Enjoy! Also, here is a video of him showing off his knowledge :) A Quick Lesson From A One Year Old!

Rule #252. Take good care of those you love.

Random April Pictures :)

We haven't been doing much lately, just hanging around the house. On Jonas' next break, we are most likely going to go to Six Flags Over Texas! I think it'd be great for both Jonas and Keegan (and myself!) to get out of the area and Keegan will really enjoy Six Flags!

Getting ready to enjoy himself with his new pool! (camera died or else I'd have a TON of pictures of him in his pool!!)
Helping mommy mop...one of his favorites!
Being abusive to daddy...their faces say it all, haha
Loving on Sophie, although she may not be loving it back
Again, loving on his best buddy
Kisses for daddy! Every time I ask for one, he turns his head and says "No!" :(
Enjoying a "poppy" on a nice hot day!
He loves to give HIGH 5s with an oven mitt on!
Looking so big in his new shorts :)
It was 11:30 tonight and we still couldn't sleep, so we took a quick trip to visit Jonas at work! Keegan was so happy to see Daddy at the big mill :) Me too!

Rule #251. Learn to show enthusiasm, even when you don't feel like it.

Caldwell Zoo

Keegan and I went to Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, Texas on Wednesday with Kalie and her daughter Avery, Amber and Ozzy and their two boys, Caiden and Collin. It was so much fun and SO hot outside! We got ourselves a nice little tan, and got to see some cool animals while at it! Please excuse my big ol' pregnant self - I've gained sooo much more weight in the past two weeks...Eeekk! :) I'm putting the pictures on here in chronological order, so you get to see it as we experienced it, from beginning to end! Enjoy!

They're best friends :)
With a longhorn! We had to get a picture to represent the great Texas Longhorns! :)
Avery, Collin, and Keegan looking at an iguana!
Okay, this place was super cool. There were about 100 parakeets and cockatiels flying around in this little hut area, and you can feed the birds! Keegan loved it so much, he didn't want to leave :)
His buddy bird - he stuck with this guy for about 5 minutes!
Kalie and her bird
My favorite kind of animal EVER - a white tiger :)
Had to get a pic with my favorite hehe
This is the eating area - the giraffes and elephants (among other smaller animals) were RIGHT there while you ate! It was neat for the kids to "eat with the animals" lol
I'm pretty sure he wanted to get in there to try to feed the flamingos, since we had just finished feeding the birds and ourselves!
He basically just threw the sand over his shoulder, which wound up all over himself!
Kalie, Avery, and Collin at the playground at the zoo!
The little petting zoo at the end with goats! Keegan was trying to figure out what this goat was doing with it's tongue - he proceeded to mimic him by sticking his own tongue out! Haha
End of the day...soo tired!

Rule #250. Learn to show cheerfulness, even when you don't feel like it.

Easter!

So we celebrated Easter a couple days late so that Jonas could enjoy a celebrating it with us! And it's a good thing we did too, because the day we planned on celebrating it was the day we got a nice little Easter surprise from Keegan's grandparents in Germany! :)

Rule #249. Hire people smarter than you.
