There has been a new sensation to come across America. For those of you that don't know about it, American Idol is a singing competition with auditions in the major cities all over America to find the best singer in the nation. You must be between 16 and 28 to compete. The last audition in Atlanta this year was a man by the name of General Larry Platt, at 62 years old. They let him sing his song, which is now a huge hit. It's a Larry Platt Original, called "Pants On The Ground." (click to see the video of his audition). Here are the lyrics to his song:
Pants on the ground
Pants on the ground
Lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground
With the gold in you mouth
Hat turned sideways
Pants hit the ground
Call yourself a cool cat
Lookin' like a fool
Walkin' downtown with your pants on the ground
Get it up, hey!
Get your pants off the ground
Lookin' like a fool
Walkin' talkin' with your pants on the ground
Get it up, hey!
Get your pants off the ground
Lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground
That's it! Well, here is our tribute to that song :)
