Guess Who's Going to Kindergarten?

That's right!! Our very own Keegan scored in the 90th percentile on the entrance exam for all magnet schools in the area, and our first offer came in yesterday from the school of our choice! We are so very proud of him and beyond excited for him (especially that he'll be in school a full day!).  He will likely be the youngest in his class as he makes the cut off by just two weeks, but you can't stop an intelligent child just due to his age.  We never want to put a cap on how much he can do, so we will continue to encourage him in all that he does.  Reading at writing at three years old, he is doing simple math now at four.  And he is still the wild, crazy, and rambunctious little boy we all know and love! So, beginning in August, Keegan will officially be a Fairfield Magnet Bulldog!! Woo hoo!!

Easter Sunday 2013

KP's Head

Two weeks ago, Keegan fell while jumping in the bathtub and smacked his head on the corner of the handicap handle.  He went to the ER, and thankfully the cut wasn't big enough to need stitches (head wounds are so scary! He sure did bleed a lot).  He got some surgical glue and a fancy bandaid.  The bandaid has since been removed, but the glue is still there.  Apparently, it could stay there for up to three months! He is totally fine though, doesn't seem to be bothered by it one bit.  :)  Oh, the battle scars of being a wild little boy!

Easter Sunday

I didn't end up getting very many pictures - kids decided to sleep in until 9:30, which is amazing! They normally are up by 7.  We had our Easter Egg Hunt right away, and it's a good thing too - I'll post a video later of the weather that came rolling in at about 10:15.  It was horrible! The kids enjoyed Easter a whole bunch; hope y'all did too! 

Dallas

We were able to meet up with some friends in Dallas for a short spring break trip.  It was so great to see Amber, Ozzy, and they're beautiful children Caden, Colin, and their latest addition, Ella!  We went to the zoo, Chuck E Cheese, and the men went racing!
